Komori GS 228P has problem changing format (single to perfecting or even perfecting to perfecting size) machine would give an converting indicator error light and the position error is the top hook.
Right now operator tried to change perfecting format. He followed manual, moved the dial to perfecting, pushed the diamond I button, put the wrench in to 1 position, just moved the dials a bit apart and brought them back together, pressed the I button again and converting indicator light lit up (double size cylinder conversion hook) and now it's frozen. Cant continue the format change, can't get press back to running state.
Anyone got any ideas?
Main question is, what is the recovery procedure. The manual is very vague.
