Hi everyone,
We run a 5 col SM74 and have recently been printing a lot of scratch cards. Normally there are two ways of finishing the sheet ready for the latex. One is a UV varnish when the 4 col set has cured (24hrs). The other is using a release yellow behind the scratch off panel, this is done inline by replacing the process yellow.
My question is this:-
Can we use a litho sealer/varnish on the 5th unit printing wet on wet to save time? This would be a litho solid, not dry offset.
Any replies are greatly appreiciated.
Thanks
Lee
