Looking for 20mil PVC sheets supplier/manufacturer (for membership cards) for Dry Toner Printers (Ideally Ricoh Pro C7500)

Hi everyone,

I've noticed a few posts on the forum from people printing membership cards and parking hangers on 20mil PVC using dry toner printers. I've been searching for a supplier for this material but haven't had any luck so far.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

MGX makes a 20mil, but it's not compatible with your model. 20 mil is incredibly thick, only the Indigo is actually rated for that thickness according to their spec sheet. I think you'd probably want to outsource something like that, or settle for 15mil.

Yes, i reached out to MGx and they said that the 20mil works great with our C7500 so I will try it out.

I was hoping there are others as well

In the Plastic Card (Credit Card and Gift Card) market, printers commonly buy their PVC from Nun Ya Plastics.
