LOTEM 800 drum home position

Hello
After moving LOTEM CTP to another room in our factory I have a problem:
After start drum made a few spins, and stopped.
Service said the encoder can be damaged so we replaced it.
After changing an encoder problem still exists.
I've made few sensor tests and they were OK
Main problem was in drum servo. It spins only in one direction so i've replaced drum's control unit from another LOTEM (I have one as a spare part), and drum started to move in both directions.
Now it's the main problem:
After changing an encoder i've lost "home position" of the drum.
Anybody know the procedure to set it?
Hope to hear back from You soon :)

After setting the drum, another problem occurs
OPEN INTERLOCK
LASER POWER ON INTERLOCK B OPEN
It happens from time to time, and stopped exposition

BREAKING NEWS
Finally I've found the bastard!!
Problem was on the interlock board in the main power box.
There are two big, yellow contactors. Soldering was VERY poor, and I've just pulled it out of the board. Thats why there were an interlock problem.
New soldering solved a problem
I hope it can be usefull for You.
