Hi

Iam facing problem from gripper side right hand side 8mm instead of 10mm and lefthand side 9.5 mm instead of 10 mm ; adjusted spiral hole if i increase no changes in spiral size ; if i decrease changes in spiral size but not getting hold in the gripper ; changed sucker

pls find attached pdf for further details

kindly suggest how to sort out

Kala,
How did you try to adjust the Spiral Punch hole? It looks like that the hole is too small so the plae does not square up against the pin on the RHS on the drum.

after changing the punch motor now punch side gripper is ok but rhs .5mm difference is there ?

Kala,

Changing the Spiral punch motor you must have moved it from it's original position so I think that you will need to do the spiral punch calibration. Or you can calibrate it by trial and error. You have to disconect the molex plug of the screw that drives the punch forward and backward. Create a LW lets say 1020x20 rectangle and epose it and measure the distance at both ends to the edge of plate. Move the wheel on the punch manualy in one direction a few turns and expose the LW again and measure it. See if you need a deeper hole or a shalower one to square the plate up. Repeat this untill you get the LW to be parallel with the edge of the plate.
