We recently had to reconfigure MD and now we have to start the Service Control before opening the PrintManager. Previously we did not have to start Service Control, it would already be running. Any suggestions?
In the computer management console, go to Services. You will find Heidelberg (Prinect) MetaDimension service, with its startup account. I assume, you fiddled with accounts, therefore it will not start automatically.
