We have a prosetter and using a Xitron RIP and Metashooter to send the files, recently the prosetter stops burning the image mid-way through and the metashooter shows "recorder offline or wire fault" yet the CtP GUI shows online! This is pretty frustrating and lots of plates end up being wasted, not to mention the time wasted. We've tried checking the cables and all is in order....please help!
