Missed Breakpoint

We're RIPPING files to an Avantra 44E, using a Apogee PDF RIP.
Now we're getting an error message at the RIP station saying "Missed Breakpoint."
We're stuck on the error, and all jobs produce the same result.
Any help will be appreciated

Dear Camurri,

this problem is caused by miss communication b/w engine and rip, you can rectify it with print engine test from Avantra, if engine test comes fine then 100% this problem is caused by APIS card and you need to replace it.
