We just purchased this envelope inkjet printer and quite frankly, they need to improve their User Guide. They advertise and show samples of being able to print envelopes with full bleed (Note: This is a #10 Envelope). The User Guide talks pretty much entirely about how to print from Word but obviously in the printing industry, it's not a program we work with. My company in particular is a pdf workflow and we use strictly pdfs. For most of the entire day, I have tried printing a pdf every which way (landscape and portrait) and it still leaves a 1/4" white border on the end. I can move the image towards that end but it just gets cut off. I've talked to tech support and they say I need to move the guides, but they don't move as much as required. Has anyone had this issue and can shed some light on what to do? Thank You!
