Please Help Me -Heidelberg Signasetter Aperture

Hello
My English is not too good. Using Dictionary.
I have signasetter.
No service in Turkey.
Could you give support in writing to me?

1 week switch the apertur e error.
1 day 3 days not working does not work.
I've test card, removing the apertur e and running.
I wonder if we replace switch may be the solution?
Or is a problem with the motherboard?

problem is your Driver TA835H not Step-mottor. We have the same problem, and it;s difficult to fix it.
