Polar 115S keeps restarting

Pls help, we've got Polar 115s (1995 model) which runs smoothly only sometimes restarting itself only the display and if in the middle of work the knife gets stuck and needs rise manually, the electricians failed to find out the problem, pls note we're having some earthing problem (around 40 volt) which have been solved and dropped to 3-4 volts, but the problem in the polar continues (i.e. restarting itself during the work), Thanks a lot

Can you tell when the machine restarts? Is it always in the same situation?
Do you have error messages on the screen?
How often the machine restarts?

Can you tell what is restarting by itself?
Does the power supply brakes down? You can see this if you open the electronic underneath the front table. If the little LED’s (you see everywhere on the electronic boards) are flickering in the moment the machine restarts the whole machine reboots.
If the little LED’s do not change it is just the display. In this case I would try to work as long as possible with the display. The only thing you can do in the case is changing the whole keyboard and display. This would be expensive.
