Polar 76 EM backgauge is running but display can't count

Polar 76 EM is still running and when I turn on the machine it looks like ok. I give a command to the backgauge to the back or front the backgauge is running but display can't find the reference point. The display is not count any position. The TAM card has a 5V DC. What is the problem? Machine has a LMS module.

LED BASIC SIGNAL FUNCTION WITH LED ´ön´

TAM LED V1 OFF or ON fLASHING during backgauge movement
LED V2 OFF or ON counting forward
LED V3 OFF will light up for aprox 0.5sec while passing reference point

All this test INITIAL condition must be KNOWN.
Of course you must sure, the power supply: +5+24+ 42V -12V -30V must be o.k or in the Tolerances.!
otherwise problem with the electronics, and repair or replace
