Our Polar 78x cutter dropped the back half of the cam when changing blades. Its stop pin went missing and the cam was unscrewed all the way off. We installed it back again by dropping the blade down and clam, but now the cutter won't retrieve the blade back to its normal position. The software keeps saying "Wind up knife manually!" I have restarted the machine, which didn't work. Please help!
