Polar Cutter Program Problem

We have a 2007 Polar Cutter 115X. This morning, most of of the program read "Program not Readable". We have try turn off and restart a few times and problem still there. Any body knows what's going on before I called Heidelberg which might cost an arm and a leg.

Unfortunately, you need to call Heidelberg. Probably won't be both an arm and a leg though...maybe just a leg.

Have you tried deleting the oldest file for the program to process? This has worked for us in the past. Or even delete all files and send one that has worked in the past.
