Hi, looking for an Inkjet printer recommendation for a project we are working on, budget is around $2k tops and we are looking to print on cloth tape(cotton based, think hockey tape) which is affixed to sheets of legal sized release paper. Will be printing color logos of around 2.5" x 2.5" only, so no major ink usage. Need the ink to be somewhat resistant to moisture as wont have the ability to pre-treat the items, or is there a spray that could be used after the printed to 'seal' the colors, like a lacquer of some kind? Anyone have any recommendations? Was looking at a used Epson Pro 4000, but would prefer new. I was leaning towards Epson or HP Inkjet, any thoughts?
