Problems Printing HP Smart Stream JLYT Files

Hi

I have created a JYLT file. But when it goes to the printer, they get the following error messages:



(The orange bits are the file name).

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am assuming that you are creating variable data.
Have you put your pics in the images folder on the press?
Are the images named exactly as they are on the excel spread sheet?
