the above is a link to my question as i originally posted it on the forums a Layers Magazine. At that time, I believed it to be an artwork/indesign problem, but now, after a ton of troubleshooting and testing, I think it might be a RIP issue.
We are using RipMate v. 5.1.
I cant find a manual for this anywhere on the net, maybe I havent looked hard enough.
But if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this problem, I would be most grateful as it seems to be happening more frequently, and we are spending too much time resending plates until we find a temporary fix, such as separations with no trap!
