We seek a dynamic, visionary Sales Manager for our Commercial Direct Mail Division. Qualified candidates will have recent successful experience building, managing and inspiring sales teams in our industry. Knowledge of direct mail and personalized inline finished products is essential. Polished communicator, educator, and networker who enjoys providing compelling presentations, training sessions, and customer roundtables.
Build, mentor, and manage performance of our national commercial sales team; expected to hire and train 3 new reps in 12 months while also developing and maintaining a personal book of business.
Set strategy and own accountability for aligning sales, marketing, and operations, with laser focus on new business development, profitability, and growth.
Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to maintain competitive advantage and create profitable new opportunities.
Possess at least 10 years experience managing a sales team in an environment that specializes in retail, direct marketing, mailing, inline finishing, etc.
