Hello Everyone
I am currently trying to empty a building in Cardiff, UK, owned by my father who was a printer and photosetter. Unfortunately I know nothing about printing and how best to sell/dispose/value his old equipment, nor do I know if the machinery is operational. I would be really grateful for any advice on the following items, are they still saleable, would someone buy them for parts or just take them away or should they be scrapped?
1. Dupont Press - Dupont Chromalin White Line Laminator, Studio Sprint Press
2. Dupont Frame - Dupont Chromalin White Line Laminator, Studio Sprint Frame
3. Dainippon Camera (1971) - this is a large mechanical camera, about 12 feet long, a lovely piece of kit but I suspect only of interest to a museum / historian
Many thanks for any advice on what I should do with these, I would hate to scrap these if they were still of use
