This is a typical day for us at the shop, we receive a 144 item PO and of course proof them etc. When it comes time to send to the Indigo we have to send each file out individually via StepX. We have played around with the Hotfolders and Tickets to try to batch and from what we can gather it appears that the HP flavored Backstage server does not recognize the trim box/media box when batch processing 
. It only recognizes those boxes via StepX. Are we doing something wrong?
