Simple Action List.....

I am looking to add an action list to one of my AE Workflows.
I am looking to-
Select the only stroke within the Layer 'Cutter' and make that stroke 100% Black
Select the only Vector shape within the Layer 'Background' and make it 100% Yellow

Any help would be very much appreciated
