Soft Aqueous question again

Hello,

Is scuffing and scratching the nature of the soft aqueous coating no matter how long it dries? We have gone back to printed sheets from February 2010 and the coating does scuff and scratch although not as bad as first as coming off press. We run a Komori LS-40 6/c with coater and have been using Nicoat Soft Aqueous coating. The anilox roller has a 10.3 bcm if this helps. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

although ive never worked with the soft touch coating i do know that when it comes to aqeous coatings the matte coatings and satin coatings just like varnishes tend to scratch and fingerprint alot easier than the gloss coatings. This is made even worse when the job is printed on a silk or dull coated sheet.
