I need the technical document for an old Presse Speedmaster 72ZD, got somme trouble with the transfert gripper

sorry I don't have any info, but is that a 72ZP P as in perfector. what kind of trouble? if it is timing that is something heidelberg won't tell you. I just had heidelberg in to go through all our grippers on a 74. the polyurethane was worn off a bunch of them.

It's an old one a 72 ZD , yes it's about timing of the gripper thes sheet dont pass the grouping cylinder

so I assume it is a 2 color. is it a perfector. is the cylinder you are having issues with the double diameter one in the center or the transfer before or after this one.

on the storage drum is the fixed gripper solid with very little play. how about the top gripper it should be firm except for the spring loading. these can be made more stable by taking shims out from underneath the segments on the opposite side. not something I would do by my self, but you are welcome to give it a try. the fixed gripper is pinned at a factory setting. the moving gripper( spring loaded is fixed by a key way, but can be adjusted at each gripper. you also might check to see if you have urethane coated grippers. of course you can check to see where it is dropping sheets by running some through and hitting the e stop and inch to each exchange point. you can move the cams to adjust opening and closing times but the odds are you just need to adjust the grippers.
