Just wondering if anyone might be able to help.

Set up with no margins, so we send the plate size data to it
The CTP images the background
However on the grip side the machine will only image 16mm from the plate edge. So it is being clipped
We need really for the plate to image from the start of the unclamped plate about 5mm away towards the edge.
The rest of the image on the plate is in the correct position.
Normally this would not be an issue, but the plates are needed for a Goss press which has less clamp distance than a standard press.
This seems to be only an issue on the Topsetter model other screen machines of this size seem work fine. So suspect some crazy firmware issue on this device.
Anyone have any ideas?
