True Flow issue I think

I'm having problems with a QX 7 file.
It's white type with transparancy @ 40% on top of two pantone gradients.
It won't go thru the rip.
Any thoughts or tricks.

Perhaps try to get a PDF out of it (I dont like how Quark creates PDF'S) and send that to your RIP. Many times that can fix the problem. If that doesnt work, try placing the PDF from Quark into InDesign, since InDesign can do a good job of flattening the file. That has worked for us many times.
