Vistaprint has a well developed web to print model but in my view, there are bottlenecks or constraints in their offset printing process that are probably causing them some problems.
In particular, I can see that they can have problems with getting extremely short make-readies that are predictable and that lead directly into a very consistent running condition. It is an existing systemic problem in the process.
I think I can help them, since that has been my primary area of interest in the offset process for a very long time. If they are interested, I would be happy to talk to their engineers about these issues. I prefer to talk to their engineers since we tend to speak the same language.
