Water Flooding at Ends of Plate

Hello fellow Lithographers,

This is a common problem on all types of "Squeeze Type Dampening Systems" such as
Alcolor, Komorimatic etc

One common way of avoiding this problem - is to extend the length of the Rubber Metering Roller, slightly longer than the Press Inking Rollers, also try a Collar running "Flush" against the Chrome Pan Roller and the Mettering Roller.

See the PDF

"I hope you will find it of interest and value"

Regards, Alois
