@VisualAid - Have you checked out the minimum wage rates in your area?

sounds like a small shop. but still depends on how well you do all these things. if you are great at graphic design and good with the customers and dont constantly require someone to guide you. and if your not anoying to the boss and others. and there is works coming in to support all the current employees. and you learn and adapt to most all situations. perhaps $15.00/hour perhaps more or less
depending on area and insurance requirements.

In a small shop you're gonna get what you get, because in a small shop there isn't that much money to go around. It's also a given that you're going to wear many hats and if you call in sick one day it will be treated as treason. Perhaps worse.
You should have an idea of what your co-workers are getting for what they do, so that should give you an idea of where the owner is re wages.
In a shop with less than, say 5 people, it's tough to make bags of profit because obviously the work load isn't there. If you wish to better your lot, seek out employment with a larger firm.
In the meantime, benefit from the experience that wearing many hats can give you. It could pay off when applying for some future position.

If you ain't happy, make a change. For any Industry, there is no Standard. The closest thing I have seen to consistency are Union shops. They say anything over 40k per year in the USA is all you need to be happy. That does not include the ease of life additional income creates but you should get the idea. I have made a minimal salary and been happy as can be. I have also made some exceptional paychecks (especially for a Machine operator in a Bindery) and had no fun at all.

Good luck,

JW
