We have been having intermittent decurler exit sensor errors 077-178 with 120gsm, 148gsm, and 270gsm coated and uncoated 13x19 media.
Troubleshooting so far
Decurler module is relatively new and the rollers are in good condition
Fuser belt may be a little stretched because alignment profiles require daily remakes
no plastic burrs in that area that I can see
checked condition of stripper fingers and lower pressure roll
cleaned sensor just past the decurler with a yellow toner cloth. Cleaned decurler rollers with yellow toner cloth
