Xerox Versant Decurler fix 048-310 048-311

We have had persistent Xerox versant decurler module errors 048-310 and 048-311. Upon further investigation, the pin connecting the big cam gear to the cam shaft is broken. The pin is about 3mm x 40mm. Is there a Xerox part number for that pin or a rebuild kit? Partsdrop.com came up blank. Thanks.
 
likely you can't just order the connector, you will likely need to order then entire harness/sub-harness from Xerox.

Having said that, DigiKey is a great source for electrical connectors... you just have to determine the correct pinout, spacing, and connector type. Which can be easier said than done without some experience... I get it wrong more often than not.

how good are you at soldering?
 
Thanks for the digikey tip! Soldering is no problem, but this pin is a physical shaft that broke, not an electrical pin.

oh, my bad... you are referring to a roll pin?

hardware store... you are going to want to get a caliper and measure it exactly. Amazon also has a wide array of roll pins available for ordering: https://a.co/d/0ffP3jQz

Most of the Xerox parts that have roll pins, the roll pin is considered a permanent part of it.
