XMF Plate Distortion Question

Hi everyone!

I have been having an issue for a while now but when I make a plate and we put it on the press the plate is coming out too short.
So we run 8 1/2 x 14 Pressure Seal Forms (4up) on a 28" plate so 2 forms on top and 2 forms on bottom. When we make the plate and put it on the press the top 2 forms are correct size but the bottom 2 forms are short 1/64" this is causing our Perfs & Glue of the Pressure Seal to be off.
I know you can go in to change the distortion in XMF but either way we go with distortion it doesn't seem to be changing. Does anyone have any idea what I could try to get the plate to stretch 1/64"? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the overall print length is out, you need to look at the packing on your press.
If, however, as you say, two of the 4 up images are imaging at a different size, there is something amiss in your workflow.
