Hi , We are facing a problem with our Screen CTP PTR 4100. Error Code: "E4e03 Exposure head error "and details says " excessive current in the LD drive (drive 3 board) " if we check the Laser Power it shows that Laser Power of ch 4 is zero. if anybody can help us how to overcome this problem...

Our Machine Screen PTR 4100 has shown this error since Friday. Error Code E4e03: Exposure Head Error, Details Says Excessive current in the LD drive (driver 3 board) Anybody has an idea how we can tackle it ?

We are facing some line on our Chinese CTP plates. Its lines through the image and the end side of the plate. Please see the attached . We are using Screen PTR 4100 CTP machine.

In our CTP machines I see some units and their settings, Laser Power (for laser) Drum RPM (for drum rotation) focus (for lens) zoom (for lens) I want to know that , what are the working of these units, their relation with each of them, how the effect the exposure. ? :)

Our ctp machine PTR 4100 has the resolution of 1. 2400 2. 2438 3. 2540 dpi if we want to set the values for test exposure , user manual show these ratios 2400 dpi : 150 lpi 2540 dpi : 159 lpi 2438 dpi : 152 lpi i want to ask can we print more lpi ratios on our ctp machine ? like 75, 100, 133...
