I wrote a reasonably detailed tutorial on how the Lytro Illum can be used to create sequences for lenticular prints. If you haven't used the camera it creates image data useful for making 3D printed images along with depth of field and selective focusing. Most people view the images on screen as "living pictures" but it was clear that the data could also be used for print output.
