PackEdge 14.1 SmartMarks question

Hi,
Is there any way to make a SmartMark "only show up" when a certain color, like Cyan, is in the file? It's just a single SmartMark with no repeating or anything thing else.
I'm trying to keep just one set of SmartMarks and if there is a certain color in the file that SmartMark will show up.

Create your smarmark and in Inks choose custom color by Ink name.
