Anyone using CC2017 and having issues with certain Pantone colors that go missing?

If I pull up Pantone Manager and look in Coated v3 and try to find Pantone 2147c I can see it.
If I look in CC2015 I can find 2147c in Coated v3
If I look in CC2017 I cannot find 2147c in Coated v3.

What gives?

i dont think thats a PMS number. i ran it on pantones website and nothing comes up.

Nope, there's no such Pantone number.

You are all correct, 2147c is the color I meant. I'm going to edit my original not to cover a mistake but to not confuse anyone.

There is a Pantone 16-4127 (Heritage Blue). Is that it?

If this is what you're looking for then you'll need to add the TPX (Home Fashion + Interiors) Pantone color book.

No I messed up, 2147c is the color I'm looking for.

I have a problem in Illustrator where a customer gives me a PDF with specific pantones and patterns. The pattern seems to scale up every time we try to print his booklet.
