Amazing, thoughtful response. We are truly lucky to have you contributing.Covid-19 has affected badly all sectors
I'm upper management for 3 copy centers and an offset print shop. We had a few voluntary layoffs back in April, the different departments discussed how they wanted to alternate for social distancing and we let them decide among themselves. (we're fortunate to have excellent employees that we can do this with) We took the paycheck assistance loan and brought everyone back to work on alternating shifts / days / duties to keep them spaced apart and used the down time to do some MAJOR house cleaning, reorganizing, and set up some new inventory systems. We got pretty slow in July, but were able to keep everyone here, and now we're picking back up again. We only lost one employee, but he was leaving anyways. (he decided he want to start his own home improvements company). I have to say that I have been extremely fortunate in working for this company. The owner has always taken really good care of his employees.
