Paper for Xeikon 6000

Does anyone know if Sterling runs well on the Xeikon 6000? We are looking for a 80# text that runs well (obviously).

Did you go on their web site and see if there is a "script" published for that paper? In my experience with Xeikons, I'm sure that it would run great, it seems to be a paper friendly technology. The hardest part of using these machines is getting the paper on those funky rolls.

Hi Mary Jo,

Alternatively, you can in the X-800 start up a wizard that creates a medium profile from some parameters (gloss? weight? ...)

But in any case, contacting support is a very safe bet. We'll be happy to support you in getting the best out of your specific paper.

@PrintKing You are replying to a post that's over FIFTEEN YEARS OLD from a member who appeared and posted just the once. They probably don't even own the machine any longer! If you're going to spam the forum trying to flog stuff, at least do what the xerox guy does and pounce on current posts from active members.
