Duplo 2200 Contoller

We have a Duplo system 3500 (feeder, stitch, trim square) and it has a PC (all in one) Hardrive failed. Have replaced with Win 10 - Has anyone encounter this yet? Seemed to install Ok however opens with Communication error and all is set as previously so maybe mapped wrong drivers or maybe Wind 10 no good for this software, any input appreciated.

On Duplo units there is firmware inside the Duplo machine and software on the PC. Both have to be compatible versions. Your PC software probably needs an upgrade and then you will have to upgrade the firmware on the individual units. You might want to check with your local dealer for support.

Usually see this issue with Windows 10 and Windows 11. There is a driver enforcement that you need to turn off in windows 10, and in Windows 11 that driver enforcement and core isolation.
Get into device manager and go to USB I believe and see if the Duplo IF is working for the driver, you still won’t be able to enable it until you do the above attached for turning off driver enforcement. See if that works.
