Any users out there having issues with the threading on the screw or holder that carries the blade stripping out? What have others done to remedy the problem? I have seen a 3D printed piece to help with the tool holding in placer better. The holder is soft cast metal, and we have re-tapped to use a larger screw to hold in place. But just looking for options to not replacing the holder.

I don't have this problem, but I don't use your quick-change system. It's strange that this is happening to you. The tightening doesn't need to be excessive. Does the screw manage to loosen during operation?

How about a HeliCoil? They're most often made of stainless steel, which should be more durable than the cast metal.

A few customers have had issues with the screws stripping, and another customer with the metal holder being stripped out, the part to replace is over $1000. so was just seeing what others have been experiencing.
