Fiery Printer Logs - Is Duplex missing?

I reached out to our local Fiery guy and he forwarded my request to add duplex to the printer logs. He just got back to me that they are assigning a team to see how this could be implemented.

Also, what the hell is a "local Fiery guy"?? I've never even seen a Fiery guy at all.

All three maintenance companies I've worked with had a dedicated "Fiery expert".
One of them was not a bad guy but tended to do more talking than knowing. He was halfway decent at helping me solve Fiery based problems. His big flaw I think was that I don't think he's ever actually worked in production so it's a lot of head knowledge and no practical application. Which just means a lot of what he thought was a good idea was just unrealistic idealism.
One of them was so demeaning and terrible that we banned him from coming back to our shop after the first visit.
This latest one is new to us and honestly, he's been pretty awesome at understanding our needs and helping me solve them. When it's not solvable he's good at explaining why which saves me a lot of time trying stuff that won't work.

Tell your guy to also make it possible to sort Hot Folders in the Hot folders app by alphabetical order!
