We've had a v900 for about a year and a half and have had very few issues. It's a pretty reliable machine. A lot fewer service calls than with our previous machines (KM and Ricoh)
My company recently bought another small print operation. They used Printsmith for their ticketing while we use Printers Plan. Has any one had any experience trying to merge job data from one into the other? Is it even possible?
I'm running Fiery from Mac OS so there's no Defender getting in the way. The techs have tried reinstalling the RIP a couple times but it didn't help and just screws up our presets.
I've had this issue ever since we got our Konica Minolta AccurioPress C3080 a couple years ago: Command Workstation often looses contact with the printer when the printer goes into sleep mode, which kinda makes sense. But every now and then the disconnect happens in the middle of running the job...

I'm not sure if it can do everything you need, but if you are looking for a more economical solution than the big players you could look at InpO2 from Dynagram. It works as a plug in to Acrobat.
Press usually out wins digital on large quantities. If I read your specs right that would be 131,000 clicks on digital which would be a big part of the estimate. $56k still seems awfully high though.
I need to print 2400 unique sheets that all get the same common back side. Is there a way in Command Workstation to use a separate file for that back side so I don't have to have 2400 backs?
