We have three 8000's. We dedicated certain trays on each machine to certain sheet sizes, and switched out the little blue tab/screw thing for a metal screw. This locks down the trays to 12x?, 11x?, etc. Greatly improves registration.

We like our machines. We have three KM 8000's. We calibrate daily, and have averaged the profiles between the three to swap jobs around. Definitely get the Fiery Graphic Arts Premium package.

Weird. I took page one of your PDF and overlayed page 2 on top of it in InDesign, drew guides and re-exported. Look at the red lines in the lower left at 400% or so magnification. You can see the horizontal hash marks don't line up, and the stroke width is different from page 1 to page 2. Zoom...

This alignment target is off. Look carefully at the lower horizontal line. It's slightly different from page to page.

As far as I know, Google changed the license on the GoogleMaps API so that this functionality is now licensed through several on-line vendors. We have experimented with XMPie and plugging data into a URL string, but we have not found a method to generate a custom map image for each record...
