    Greet to you and thx for response. Actually we are using one step fountain solution and not manual mix its feeded in autodoser(technotrans). Test and trial method we used in running the job with less water but we cant minimise the water almost our water level is shooted more like more than 60.

    doubling in feeder.

    Hi What is the reason for doubling and mainly it comes from feeder swing arm especially on some size of paper for example size is 624cm /709cm. We observe doubling during pull lay function at the time of pull lay sheet corner hit the gripper head.
