Ink Eater, is that the white knockout under marks ? Preferences > Marks > add White KO under ... mark maybe this helps.

Are those b-cards in price of gold or platinum then ? ok, its no problem to get colour right in less cost. if paper calipper is the same its likely to use already used paper for makeready. But enyway, set of plates for 20 sheets its awfully costly!

Short run, not equaly adjusted ink zones over the press sheet and postpress workers whoose mixed up your cards like playing cards before game, hoping this way client wont see colour variaton.

Just tried demo. looks like its not for me - its a bit painful when it comes down to ganged layouts, with several element sizes and positions. However, i just found Press Genie even very suitable for our printshop.

Looks more than nice for its price. Only im curios how it handles flatwork - busines cards, labels, custom, more or less ''hand made'' impositions for specific jobs.

The same problem here, on Lotem 400F,24 diodes in array, positive plates. We cleaned the V-groove, repleaced pads, oiled screw and groove - problem still here. Also there was a problem wit diode array, diode nr 13 was almost dead, reasonably it could be the cause, when it died, and also working...
