Back off impression pressure until coating breaks and then go up until you get consistent caoting avross the sheet. Make sure you coating is at 13-17 seconds. And maybe change you process inks to K&E F1-Drive. You may have a tack issue.

I run a Heidelberg CD-102 and I have found that you need to turn your pre-setting values up as much as 40%. This is all according to the brand of ink you use. However most PMS inks are not as highly pigmented as Process inks. They this before adjusting at individual areas of the zone. Thanks, Todd

QMs don't even really need the third form we have 2 of them and have taken them out on both. If you ever have a problem with banding try taking the third form out. I can almost garantee that they will go away. Todd
