while making pdfs from InDesignCS3, can we honored photoshop profiles embedded into images and can we see that into our final print outs which is Approval proofs ? thanks

I output my approval swop proof, but if there is any photoshop image with profile tagged different than swop or something else like some press profile attached, how can i print that pdf with profile tagged through my approval machine on SWOP settings or i have to change some color management...
