I would suggest changing all of your chemistry. Bestchem supply has all of the products ink and chemistry that will fix the problem. You are in an ozone non attainment area and will be required some time next year to change all of your chemistry to meet the regs. Bestchem's products exceed all of the requirements.

We were using Kohl Madden and were have many of the same issues.
The press operators were having problems with the magenta strarting up real hot and then part of the way into the run would just wash out. Sounds like very similar problems. Do you have a streak across your sheet about 9" up from the gripper at times when running screened work? We recently switched to Alden and Ott EnviroTech Ink and have been having pretty good results.
