We are about to go to stellin and hostag ink, we are already using their fount. Once we have their ink and chemistry on press we will take it from there. We are 90% there but it helps to listen to other opinions. regards john

The brands of ink , varnish and coatings that we used were sun chemical ,gibbons inks and bousfield . maybe there technical department can help. regards john

Hi amgd1972 please confirm, are you printinng a UV coating in line over conventional drying inks + matt varnish. I worked at James townsends in the UK for 13 years, they are label producers for the food and drinks industry. A lot of the work was UV. Trying to understand how you printing this...

Hi all Could anybody help me with an issue on our roland 706 (1995). When the press is stopped oil vapour comes out of the machine on the drive side on all 6 units. when we run the press the problem stops. we have the correct oil in the machine at the correct amount. thanks in advance for help...

Thanks loopg66 could you tell me how well it works , ie how effective is it at keeping the blankets ,grippers etc does it help to keep a lot of debris out of the damp system. regards john

Hi bowner thanks for your reply, we are aware we can put it back through the press and dust with the blankets , but there is a time and cost element to that, so it is un-reasonable to put into a busy work schedule. The way i see it is that it has to be done in-line during the laminating...
