For that volume you either need to a few envelope printers or you need to be printing on flat sheets and having them converted into envelopes post printing. Maybe a combination of both?

To be fair, the Titan series isn't their high end, commercial print line of paper cutters. Comparing them to a Polar is unreasonable. How much time do you (or one of your employees) spend on your cutter daily?
