2 - Ricohs That Will Not Hold Back UP

We have a 9210 & a 7210 that will not hold bak up on either machine. The 9210 is only a little over 2 years old and I am not sure how old the 7210 is. We run the auto registration, manual registration and the back up is all over the place. Paper has been checked and that isn't this issue??? We...

Ricoh Pro c9210 Print Quality Issue

We had the same issue with our techs - they blamed our Plate processor for putting out VOCs. When the machine was installed we had ALOT of down time and it seems to be getting better slowly in time. Bit there is always some thing going on or wearing out. We are having shinking and registration...

    Ricoh 9210 - Shrinkage

We ran book tabs on 13 x 19 12pt C2S and the image shrank up about a 1/16 on both tabs. The tabs were heavy coverage on both sides. We have seen the shrinkage before, especially on business cards. Any input would be most appreciated.

    Ricoh 9210 Print Quality Issue

Our 9210 started printing like the attached photo today. I have also had a loud squeeking noise in the linear roller area that has been off and on for a while now but today it was literally screaming it was so loud. The machine will not hold back up for a whole run. Our service provider ordered...

    Ricoh 9210 Registration Snafus

Yes I have had this issue on all stocks. My file prep person makes the adjustment and resends the file or you can turn "imaged shift" on in the finishing tab and make adjustments to front and back to the X and y coords. There is a manual shift adjustment under the auto registration 31 sheet...

Ricoh 9210 Premature Fuser Belt Wear

It was my magenta drum. Changed out and everything looks nice and smooth again. Fuser belts are ok. Learning to trouble shoot this machine has been a real experience. Lesson learned - don't always think it's the fuser belts, the fuser belts is "forgiving " vs other parts in machine. Thank you...

Ricoh 9210 Premature Fuser Belt Wear

Here is my buffer roller. Is this normal. These lines on this roller are showing up in the belt.

Ricoh 9210 Premature Fuser Belt Wear

I already have 3 fusers. Hopefully the tech coming in today can figure something out. Just need to figure out why the belts keep getting the fine lines and scratches. I have auto smoothing set to " frequently" and that seems to help with sheet sizing lines, but not fine scratches across the...

    Ricoh 9210 Halftone Printing Issues

I will post an image soon to go with this discussion. Are there any settings in Fiery for Halftone Printing? When I print halftones they look bad. I can get them to print clean I get streaks and adjust and battle to get decent prints and it's a challenge. I'm concerned that there is a setting...

Ricoh 9210 Premature Fuser Belt Wear

Thanks f I did find out 2 of my fusers the buffer rollers didn't have bearings in them. But my new Fuser did have bearings in them and the belt still getting fine scratches on the belt. You can see the lines in the belt. I will try the stop method and check the sheet before fusing. I run...
