We ran book tabs on 13 x 19 12pt C2S and the image shrank up about a 1/16 on both tabs. The tabs were heavy coverage on both sides. We have seen the shrinkage before, especially on business cards. Any input would be most appreciated.

Yes I have had this issue on all stocks. My file prep person makes the adjustment and resends the file or you can turn "imaged shift" on in the finishing tab and make adjustments to front and back to the X and y coords. There is a manual shift adjustment under the auto registration 31 sheet...

It was my magenta drum. Changed out and everything looks nice and smooth again. Fuser belts are ok. Learning to trouble shoot this machine has been a real experience. Lesson learned - don't always think it's the fuser belts, the fuser belts is "forgiving " vs other parts in machine. Thank you...

Halftone simulator off. Any idea which setting works best?

Thanks f I did find out 2 of my fusers the buffer rollers didn't have bearings in them. But my new Fuser did have bearings in them and the belt still getting fine scratches on the belt. You can see the lines in the belt. I will try the stop method and check the sheet before fusing. I run...
